I love snacking, I think it’s a great way to keep my energy up throughout the day so having a variety of healthier options has always been important to me. Here’s just a short list of 20 great and super easy snacks but of course fruits, veggies, and my favorite iced soy latte with Truvia are all on my go to list!

This Sunday I ran my first 10k and it ran it to my fastest 5k & 10k. I was so excited. I still am. As I first started running I began to tear up because I realized how proud I was of myself. A year ago I was 216.8 and now I weigh 155. Never in my right mind back then would I have thought I could do this. I’m here now and I fought through challenges & balanced out what was important. Running has given me the freedom to escape. I can finally say proudly. I am a runner.

Happy 2013! This is my progress photos from 2012. I anticipate to hit goal this new year. Currently I weigh 155.4. I am very proud of myself and how far I have came. I could not have done it without the unconditional support of my friends & older sister. Weight watchers has gave me the tools to becoming a healthier person & running has gave me the strength of endurance. That is something I could forever be grateful for.
